It is easy to move through our lives half-asleep, always waiting for a more convenient time, never accomplishing what we had hoped. For a while that is acceptable, although hardly what even we would wish for ourselves, but when the time comes we will know it, and then we will have to choose whether it is worth waking up, taking hold of the power we find within us and harnessing the power in our communities, putting a stop to the evil we have too long been content merely to watch with disapproval.
